We are a law firm specializing in global mobility and general immigration services to company personnel, teaching and research staff, and students.

Thanks to our ability to work as a team, deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and use of internet services we can advise our clients helping them streamline their operations and reduce the time and costs involved in senior management and employee expatriation.

We deal with all types of residence permits and work & residence permits acting for foreign citizens and their families who wish to transfer their residence to Spain or, in the case of current residents, need to apply for permit renewal, make an investment or start up a business in our country, change their immigration status or apply for family reunion.

We advise universities and business schools to help them obtain a work permit and/or a study visa for their non-national professors, researchers and students.

As practicing lawyers and members of the Madrid Bar Association, we have adhered to the agreements signed between the Bar and the ministries of Justice, Territorial Policy and Public Services, which enables us to use an online application facility for immigration procedures and citizenship application.
